mohon bantuan dan advicenya, laptop Toshiba M100, awalnya saya setting password bios (user dan supervisor) dan HDD Locked, trus karena pake finger print, semuanya terintegrasi kedalamnya, jadi pas laptop hidup tinggal gesek jari, masuk deh sampe window vista,

petaka bermula ketika window hang, gak bisa loading-loading, trus password bios gak bisa pake sidik jari, dan kerna dah lama pake sidik jari terus, alhasil passwordnya lupa, setelah baca postingan2 di oprek pc, saya reset password bios dari jumper koneksi yang ada di bawah lapisan platik di dalam tempat memory,

PAssword bios ok sudah ke reset, tapi password HDD gak bisa, nah adakah yang tahu atau punya pengalaman buka HDD password, soalnya ketika itu hdd di pindah ke laptop lain, hee...tetep aja minta password, dan ketika pake casing USB, partisinya gak kebaca sama sekali, baca literatur seh, password di setting di firmware hardisk tersebut, oh yah, hardsiknya pake HItachi SATA 120GB

pake MHDD atau cari tool password hdd di Hiren ,ada kok klo ga salah,lupa2 ingat deh...

katanya.. HDD yg terkunci gak akan bisa dibaca-tulis di PC/laptop lain.
masang HDD lain di laptop yg HDD-nya terkunci, bisa menyebabkan HDD tsb ikut terkunci.

kalo masih bisa, mendingan bawa ke service center-nya.

ada tool gratisan ATAPWD, tapi katanya kemungkinannya kecil. coba aja http://www.rockbox.org/lock.html

tool lain bayarware.

Pakai ATAPWD ga bisa, dia cuma detect hardisk ATA aja, yang SATA gak detect,
HDD Unlock gak bisa juga, dia minta koneksi ke internet. padahal dah di konek, hiks...

pakek cd mini pe tapi pilih menu yang hirin bos....disitu ada caranya bongkar password di HDD...good luck ajah :happy7:
